Author Biography

George Dardess, an ordained deacon who lives in Rochester, New York, is a member of the Muslim Catholic Alliance of Rochester and the author of two recent books on Muslim-Christian dialogue: Meeting Islam: A Guide for Christians and Do We Worship the Same God: Comparing the Bible and the Qur'an. Marvin L. Krier Mich is director of Social Policy at the Catholic Family Center, a regional office of Catholic Charities in Rochester. He is also president of the Greater Rochester Community of Churches. His books include Catholic Social Teaching and Movements and The Challenge and Spirituality of Catholic Social Teaching.
