DR. STEPHEN P. ROBBINS, professor emeritus of management at San Diego State University, is the world's best-selling author of textbooks on management and organizational behavior. His books, including Organizational Behavior, have sold six million copies in 20 languages, and are used in over 1,500 U.S. colleges and universities. His research has focused on organizational power, behavioral decision making, and interpersonal skills development. Robbins has served in management roles for Shell and Reynolds Metals.
