Shinder compiles the newsletter based on reader feedback and product developments. Shinder is an author, technical trainer, and also teaches courses on Windows 95/98, NT 4.0 MCSE courses, Windows 2000 MCSE courses, Windows XP, and Networking, among others and writes and delivers white papers and deployments kits for Microsoft and other corporations.
