Author Biography
David de Jorge E. nació el 4 de octubre de 1970 en Hondarribia. Inquieto por naturaleza, se atreve a meter el morro en otros fogones derrochando sabiduría gastronómica y goce alimenticio en fantásticas piezas que publica en varios medios y soportes: escribe para El Correo y Diario Vasco, ha colaborado en ETB2, Tele5, La Sexta, RNE, Cadena SER y Radio Euskadi y alimenta un blog llamado "Atracón a mano armada". En el sello editorial Debate ha publicado Con la cocina no se juega (2010) Más de 999 recetas sin bobadas (2012), y Más de 100 recetas adelgazantes pero sabrosas (2014), en coautoría con Martín Berasategui. Formado en algunos de los restaurantes más prestigiosos del mundo, ha cocinado junto a maestros como Arbelaitz, Guérard, Chibois, Subijana o Berasategui, de quien además es socio.
