Author Biography

Evan Thompson is the Senior Editor at Last Word on Baseball, where he also covers the Arizona Diamondbacks. His first and biggest love is baseball, and his second love is history. He combines the two in this complete inning-by-inning account of the games that determined the pennant winners. Evan's attention to detail and love of a good story come out through all of his writing.

Evan lives in Mesa, Arizona, where he is the treasurer for the Hemond Chapter of the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR).
