This textbook is decent, and does a fairly good job distinguishing between MPC and common law. I think it is accurate, readable, and concise. I rented this textbook for the last couple weeks before my exam to help study, but I am sure that it is equally beneficial as a resource over the course of the class. It was helpful, informative, and entertaining.
