Author Biography

Amy M. Schuman is a Principal Consultant of the Family Business Consulting Group, Inc. and works with family businesses on leadership development, communication skills and team building. Amy was the founding facilitation of the Next Generation Leadership Institute, an intensive, two-year program for next generation family business leaders which is part of the Loyola University Chicago Family Business Center. John L. Ward is Co-founder of the Family Business Consulting Group, Inc. He is Clinical Professor at the Kellogg School of Management and teaches strategic management, business leadership, and family enterprise continuity.
