Author Biography

Charlie Wing received his Ph.D. in oceanography from MIT. He is also the author of seven boating book and earned a captain's license 15 years ago. Dr. Jim Austin, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, has taught Coast Guard license courses for many years.
