Summary

A book of 70+ family recipes from nutrition coach Scott Gooding and wife Matilda Brown. All conceived through these prisms: gluten free, processed food-free, low sugar, low-moderate carb, ethical protein, and wholefoods. Delivered in a way that feels inclusive and achievable rather than didactical.

Packaged with glorious photography that documents the realness of the couple's life with their three kids, plus life on the land (Til's family's property in northern NSW Australia) and interwoven with short conversations around living well, regenerative farming, and the small buying and eating decisions people can choose to make a difference every day.

Author Biography

Scott Gooding is a chef, food advocate, nutrition, and performance coach with nine published books – six coauthored and three solo. Since 2021, he has operated The Good Farm Shop with wife Matilda Brown. The online shop has transformed from a small online butchery to a ready-meals company using ethical ingredients.

Matlida Brown is a former writer, director, and actress who, with husband Scott, is an advocate for regenerative agriculture. She is also the daughter of Bryan Brown and Rachel Ward – who have a family farm in Nambucca Valley, six hours north of Sydney. The couple have three children and live on Sydney's northern beaches.
