Summary
A little mouse is wandering hungry in a garden, when he comes across a small piece of cheese. Before he has the chance to pick it up, a squirrel grabs the cheese and runs away with it. “If I were bigger, everyone would respect me and no one would ever dare steal my cheese!” thinks the little mouse. But when he meets an elephant who dances under the commands of a flea, everything changes for him. A witty story about how to turn one's shortcomings into their greatest strength!
Author Biography
Angelos Angelou and Emi Sini have started their successful career by writing plays, songs and books for children since 2005. In 2007 they won the Greek State Theatrical Play for Children Award, in 2016 'How to make an Elephant Dance', won the Greek State Picture Book Award while their picture book 'An Alphabet Journey', was included into the White Ravens list of the International Children’s Library of Munich. In 2009 they established the artistic theatrical group Kopernikos.
Greek-born and Athens based Sophia Touliatou has studied Graphic Design and works as an illustrator, doing mostly children books, many of which have gained merits and awards. You can find her work in Greece, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the United States, and other countries around the world.
