Author Biography

Tom Williamson was a visiting professor at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth, until his death in 2007, and previously was a senior police officer with both the Metropolitan and Nottinghamshire Police; Becky Milne is a chartered forensic psychologist and principal lecturer at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth; and Stephen P. Savage is Professor of Criminology and Director of the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth, which he founded in 1992.
