Donald F. Wood (San Francisco, CA) is a professor of Transportation in the School of Business at San Francisco State University. Anthony Barone (Parsipanny, New Jersey) is an independent consultant. Paul Murphy (Cleveland, OH) is an associate professor of Business Logistics in the Department of Management at John Carroll University. Daniel L. Wardlow (San Francisco, CA) is associate professor of Marketing and Logistics in the School of Business at San Francisco State University.
