Author Biography

William B. Saxbe is a graduate of the Ohio State University School of Law. He is of counsel with the Columbus, Ohio, law firm of Chester, Willcox and Saxbe. Peter D. Franklin was a journalist for the New York Herald Tribune, San Antonio Light, and the Columbus Dispatch for more than 30 years before retiring as business editor of the Dispatch in 1993
