Jan Dewing is Professor of Person-centred Research and Practice Development with East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and the England Centre for Practice Development at Canterbury Christchurch University Kent England including Lead for Kent Sussex Surrey Dementia Care Innovation Hub; Visiting Professor University of Ulster, Northern Ireland; Visiting Professor University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

Brendan McCormack is Director of the Institute of Nursing and Health Research and Head of the Person-centred Practice Research Centre, University of Ulster, Northern Ireland. He is Professor II, Buskerud University College, Drammen, Norway;  Adjunct Professor of Nursing, University of Technology, Sydney; Visiting Professor, School of Medicine and Dentistry, University  of Aberdeen.
