ELENA ROSEMOND-HOERR is a Southern food writer, photographer, and Montessori educator. She started the Southern food blog Biscuits and Such (BiscuitsandSuch.com) in 2008. Thanks to its success Elena has had the great pleasure of writing a number of cookbooks including The Southern Cast Iron Cookbook. She lives in coastal North Carolina with her husband, son, and two dogs.
