Conchita Sarnoff is the executive director of Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, a Washington D.C. foundation that helps raise awareness of human trafficking. ATRVT's mission is to open the first safe house in D.C. to rescue and rehabilitate trafficked children and stop child sex trafficking.
