I use this book in my Kinesiology class every day. It's an incredible tool that lays out the muscles, joints, ligaments, bones and movements. The text is very easy to read and understand. It's chock-full of excellent explanations, directions and suggestions for palpation and has literally hundreds of excellent detailed diagrams and drawings. It has been an integral part of my studies and so far I've yet to come across another book that has helped me more. I highly recommend you get this book and the study guide for the Trail Guide to the Body....you won't be led astray.
