Sam Hay is the author of more than 30 children's books, including Star in the Jar and Spy Penguins. Meg McLaren is an illustrator, picturebook maker, and printmaker, working digitally and in screen print. She was nominated for the CILIP Kate Greenaway Award 2017 and the Waterstones Children's Book Prize 2017.
